Kelsey At-A-Glance

Kelsey Joy Sablan, a 23-year-old Guam native now living on Oahu, serves as Director of Development at the Armed Services YMCA. A former class council leader in high school, she discovered a passion for event planning early on. Kelsey moved to Oʻahu in 2020 to attend Chaminade University, where she studied Communications: Integrated Marketing and completed minors in Business Administration and Marketing.

During college, she gained experience in marketing, media, and design through internships with M. Dyer Global, Summit Media, and AARP Hawaii. Her nonprofit journey began at AARP and continued post-graduation with the YWCA Oahu before taking on her current role in 2025. On campus, she also served as a Resident Assistant and student worker for the Hogan Entrepreneurial Program.

Beyond work, Kelsey is an executive advisor for Regal Sapien, a member of the Chamber of Commerce YP Program, and a high school mentor. She enjoys the outdoors, creative hobbies, and fitness.
