A collaboration project to create a new product that will penetrate a global market. Sin Paradas is an energy drink penetrating the Brazilian market. Our group used marketing frameworks, primary and secondary research, to make informed decisions on this market penetration.
Created Spring 2024, IACBE Submission, 3rd Place Winner
As part of the IACBE Nationwide Business Case Competition, we were tasked to redevelop Viralish’s product to appeal to more clients. With extensive internal and external research, we were able to create a 90-day plan to become viral!
